How to use smartphone as a webcam on PC ?

           Now a days the camera of your smartphone being better and better. Most of the smartphones have HD camera. So why to waste money to buy a webcam extra for your PC. So follow my instructions and you will be able to use your smartphone as a webcam on your PC.

Steps

#1          Firstly you have to open your play store or app store in your smartphone and install an application named Droidcam. This is the free version of this application. In this free version you will get limited features. But if you purchase it's pro version that is DroidcamX, so you will get more features like rotate, flip, zoom, snapshot etc and better video quality. But for try you should first install the free version.

#2          Secondly you have to download another application in your PC that is it's client application named Droidcam Client. Just open any browser in your PC and search droidcam client. The first link you can see, click on that and download the application and install it.

#3         Now open the application and connect your PC as well as your phone with the same wifi network. Now open the application on your phone and now you can see a IP address and a port is shown on your phone. Now enter the same on the client application on your PC. Now press on start and the phone will ask you for permission. Simply grant it and you can access your smartphones camera from your PC. You can also use this application via USB or wifi-direct.
